Upon arrival, our staff will register your details and ask you to complete a brief health questionnaire covering your medical history, family history, current medications, lifestyle habits (diet, exercise, smoking, alcohol), and any symptoms or concerns you would like to discuss. This information helps our doctor focus the screening on areas most relevant to you.
Our doctor will measure your height, weight, and body mass index (BMI), check your blood pressure and resting heart rate, and perform a general physical examination. Your vision may also be tested as part of the baseline assessment. If a nose and ear checkup is included, the doctor will examine your ear canals, eardrums, and nasal passages using an otoscope.
A blood sample will be drawn from your arm by our trained medical staff. The blood is sent to an accredited laboratory for analysis. Depending on your package, the blood test package may include fasting blood glucose, HbA1c, lipid profile, liver function test, kidney function test, full blood count, uric acid, thyroid function, tumour markers, hormonal panels, and infectious disease screening. A urine sample will also be collected for urinalysis and urine ACR where applicable.
If your package includes an ECG test, our doctor will perform a resting 12-lead electrocardiogram. If an ultrasound scan is included (e.g. pelvic scan for fertility checkup), our doctor will perform and interpret the scan during the same visit. Swab samples for STD screening and sperm analysis samples for fertility checkups will be collected as needed.
Certain results (ECG, blood pressure, BMI, urine dipstick, ear and nose findings) are available immediately. Laboratory blood test results typically take 1 to 3 working days. Specialised tests (tumour markers, hormonal panels, chromosome analysis, sperm analysis, paternity DNA) may take longer. Once all results are in, our doctor will review them with you either during a follow-up visit or via a detailed phone/WhatsApp consultation. You will receive a clear explanation of every result, what falls within normal range, what needs monitoring, and what requires further investigation or treatment.

Yes, fasting for 8 to 12 hours is recommended for accurate fasting blood glucose and lipid profile (cholesterol) results. You may drink plain water during the fasting period. We recommend booking a morning appointment so you can eat after the blood draw.
